I'm facing the same issue, where you able to resolve this? I spent hours with linda on this topic, my device is outside the PBX network, when I was on 2.2.2 everything worked fine, as soon as I updated to 2.3.1 I lost voice. I then downgraded to 2.2.2 and things started working again. If I call from inside the network and directly to the box, everything works fine. If you guys cameup with a solution please let me know.
I couldn't understand, but the problem is NAT. You must perform two settings.
1) VOIP->Advanced SIP->Local Network List (Fill yours local network and if you have cluster fill addresses you device) see example in attachment
and you must fill yours "External Address" and "External Hostname"
2) Go to yours NAT settings and redirect ports 10000-20000 to yours device
